Chrysalis TOC Air Generator is designed to provide a
continuous supply of carbon dioxide free (CO2 free) air
suitable for use as purge gas with TOC analyzers. Using
pressure-swing adsorption (PSA), the TOC Air Generator removes CO2
to < 1 ppm and moisture to -100oF dewpoint. The
system requires a source of oil-free compressed air.
Features:
Flow rate: 9.1 L/min at 120 psig inlet pressure; 2.1 L/min at 60 psig inlet pressure
CO2 levels: < 1 ppm
Moisture level: < 1 ppm (-100oF dewpoint)
Compact size conserves space
Wall-mountable design conserves lab bench space
Continuous self-regenerative operation
Regulator/Filter with gauge installed on outlet
No moving parts requiring maintenance
Operating pressure: 60 - 120 psig
1 year warranty (or 4,000 hours of operation)

TOC Air Generator (CO2-free) |
Chrysalis FT-IR Air Generator is designed to provide
a continuous supply of carbon dioxide free (CO2 free) air
suitable for use as purge gas and air bearing gas for FT-IR
Spectrometers. CO2 free air enables lower
background and improved signal-to-noise ratios. Using
pressure-swing adsorption (PSA), the TOC Air Generator removes CO2
to < 1 ppm and moisture to -100oF dewpoint. The
system requires a source of oil-free compressed air.
Features:
3 models available: PG19 (19 L/min); PG28 (28 L/min); and, PG80 (80 L/min)
Flow rate Model PG19: 19 L/min at 120 psig inlet pressure; 4 L/min at 60 psig inlet
Flow rate Model PG28: 28 L/min at 125 psig inlet pressure; 7 L/min at 60 psig inlet
Flow rate Model PG80: 80 L/min at 125 psig inlet pressure; 4 L/min at 60 psig inlet
CO2 levels: < 1 ppm
Moisture level: < 1 ppm (-100oF dewpoint)
Compact size conserves space
Wall-mountable design conserves lab bench space
Continuous self-regenerative operation
Regulator/Filter with gauge installed on outlet
No moving parts requiring maintenance
Operating pressure: 60 - 125 psig
